Shipping Policy

Effective Date: June 03, 2026

At East West Offroad Products LLC, we take pride in delivering high-quality off-road parts and accessories safely and on time. Our goal is to ensure every order reaches you quickly, securely, and with full transparency. We ship from Everett, WA.

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

All orders placed before 12:00 PM (Pacific Standard Time) are shipped the same business day.

Orders placed after 12:00 PM (Pacific Standard Time) will be processed and shipped on the next business day.

During high-volume periods, including sales events and holidays, orders may be processed and shipped on the next business day.

For urgent or time-sensitive orders, please contact us before placing your order to confirm availability and shipping times.

2. Product Availability

We strive to maintain accurate inventory levels on our website.

Products that are not currently available will be marked as Out of Stock.

If an inventory discrepancy occurs after an order is placed, our team will contact you promptly to discuss available options, including waiting for restocking, selecting an alternative product, or receiving a refund.

3. Shipping Methods

We primarily ship using UPS Ground and USPS Priority Mail to provide reliable and trackable delivery.

Standard Shipping:

  • • Standard shipping is automatically applied to most online orders at checkout.
  • • Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Expedited Shipping:

Next Day and 1–2 Day shipping services are available by phone order only.

  • • Orders requiring same-day shipping must be placed before 12:00 PM (Pacific Standard Time).
  • • Additional handling charges may apply for expedited shipments.
4. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship throughout the United States and to all international destinations.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for:

  • • Customs duties
  • • Import taxes
  • • Local handling fees
  • • Any additional charges imposed by local authorities

East West Offroad Products LLC is not responsible for customs delays or additional fees associated with international shipments.

5. Large or Custom Orders

Some large, heavy, or custom-built products may require additional handling time or extended lead times based on inventory availability.

For custom-fabricated or made-to-order products, our team will contact you with estimated production and delivery timelines before shipment.

6. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

You can track your shipment directly through the carrier's website for the most accurate delivery updates.

7. Delivery Inspection & Damages

Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival.

Report any of the following issues within 30 days of delivery:

  • • Missing parts
  • • Incorrect items
  • • Visible shipping damage
  • • Damaged packaging

Claims reported after 30 days of delivery may not be eligible for replacement or reimbursement. East West Offroad Products LLC is not responsible for damage resulting from improper handling after delivery.

8. Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your shipment is lost or significantly delayed, please contact our support team.

We will work directly with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and assist in resolving it as quickly as possible.

If you have not received your package within 10 business days of the expected delivery date, please contact us. After verifying the shipment status with the carrier, we will provide a replacement shipment if the package is confirmed lost or cannot be delivered.
